First We Eat brings together food for all tastes, dietary requirements and ages. The crew of culinary stars will create an array of unforgettable taste sensations within each of the four food streets/zones featuring; Sounds of the Sea, Plant Power, Rickshaw Ride and Stars and Stripes!

We are a food caravan, proudly owned and operating since 2016. We make our own hamburgers and make our own slow cooked chilli. We also have our very own, now iconic, Hot Hot Hot Sauce!
We pride ourselves on: serving fresh produce, using high quality products and ingredients. And making sure you have such a great experience that you would not only return, but would recommend us too.

I started Lukey J's 3 years ago with the idea to have great tasting burgers, that are filling, tasty and affordable! Our American burgers are bigger and better than before with a pure New Zealand twist, Lukey J's signature Sauces and fresh ingredients that will have you watering at the mouth.
Kile and Sue are partners and owners of The Homegrown Kitchen. With over 30 years combined experience working in hospitality throughout NZ, Australia and Europe they travel the Bay of Plenty bringing you dishes that reflect their love of seafood and are also inspired by cuisines that they have enjoyed on their travels. Their menu focuses on gourmet seafood street food that is full of flavour and variety.
John and Rose are both trained chefs with experience in international hotels, restaurants, catering companies and private clubs. Over the past 6 years they have both been involved in training chefs and hospitality students at Institutes of Technology in New Zealand.
They have decided to put their skills towards their own catering business and can offer a range of menus and services for different food markets and private catering.
Tray of Plenty serves up authentic Texan BBQ on our smoker which we had made in Ennis, Texas. Think low and slow cooked meats, like brisket and pulled pork, with delicious homemade sides.
I.C Waffles, a gourmet waffle trailer supplying delicious savory and sweet waffles. If you like southern fired chicken, bacon and maple then our southern style is for you! Looking for something sweet? Then look no further then our banoffee waffle, with fresh bananas salted caramel sauce, ice cream, whipped cream on our crispy but fluffy waffle base. Wash it down with one of our large range of milkshakes.

At Omnom we serve nourishing, delicious food to fit both the occasion and season. With a commercial kitchen on wheels as well as an espresso machine, we love creating new menus and pumping out amazing barista coffee. Deep and Gagan are the proud owners of The Address Indian Kitchen that has a selection of authentic Indian food. Their wraps and curries are the best in town. Freshly cooked Naan Bread loaded with a variety of salads with your choice of meat is a fantastic meal to satisfy yourself.
Hashtag street food was created in 2018 by three friends (Claudy, Nini and Natsumi) all three passionate about food and flavor. The concept of their business is to provide some street food from all over the world and twist them up. Their food is a reflection of today's world all mixed up and it is what they love about it, they are not stuck in one type of cuisine and It gives them unlimited creation.
Atticus American Treats is a family owned food truck selling (old fashioned) real fruit lemonade and Dole Whip, a dairy-free fruit soft serve we discovered at Disneyland! We create a range of sundaes and floats to keep you cool all summer long including our iconic 'Pineapple Lump Sundae' available with fresh pineapple to make it a great vegan, gluten-free treat!
